WEBSTER – Gloria L. (Bourassa) Kaliszewski, 87, formerly of Webster, died Wednesday, April 20, 2016 in Day Kimball Hospital, Putnam, after an illness. Her husband of 36 years, Frank R. “Sleepy” Kaliszewski, died in 2014. She leaves 3 children, Susan M. Desrosiers and her husband John of North Oxford, Robert L. Anderson and his wife Linda of Oxford, and Diane L. Sonos and her husband Charles of Thompson, CT, with whom she lived since 2014; 8 grandchildren; 20 great-grandchildren; 2 great-great-grandsons; a sister, Jean Battelle and her husband Richard of Worcester; nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by a sister, Lorraine Ricard. She was born in Worcester and raised in Auburn, the oldest daughter of Arcade and Lillian (Latour) Bourassa. She had lived in Worcester and Oxford before moving to Webster in 1978. Mrs. Kaliszewski was an assembler at Greeting Card Company in Webster and also at Shepard Envelope Company in Worcester, retiring in 2000. She then worked part-time in the laundry at Webster Manor. She was a communicant of Saint Louis Church and a member of the St. Louis League of Catholic Women. She was a volunteer at the church’s annual festivals. She enjoyed trips to Foxwoods and loved to read. The funeral will be held Monday, May 2, from Scanlon Funeral Service, 38 East Main St., with a Mass at 11:00 AM in Saint Louis church, 14 Lake Street. Burial will be in Calvary Cemetery, Dudley. Visitation will be from 9:00 AM to 10:15 AM Monday, May 2, before the Mass. Webster – Clarence R. “Ray” Gould, 81, of Webster, died on Saturday, April 23rd in UMass Memorial Medical Center – University Campus after an extended illness while surrounded by his family. Ray is survived by his wife of 58 years, Lorraine M. (Gauthier) Gould; two sons, Raymond S. Gould of Webster and Paul J. Gould and his wife Justine of Rutland; a daughter Patricia M. Gould of Worcester; a brother, Joseph Gould; 10 grandchildren, many great grandchildren and several nephews and nieces. Mr. Gould was born in Worcester, and raised by James Wellington and Celestina (Legere) Gould Wellington. Ray is also predeceased by a son, Jeffrey Gould; a daughter, Pamela Crowley; a grandson, Logan R. Gould; a sister, Jean Wellington and 5 brothers, Randolph, Edmund, Wallace and Charles Gould and James Wellington. Ray proudly served in the United States Navy on the USS Antietam. He worked for many years as a supervisor at the former Coes Knife Company then went to work for the Paul Revere Insurance as a HVAC technician and retired in 1997. Mr. Gould is a graduate of North High School in Worcester and was a lifelong member of the English Social Club. A graveside service will be held on Wednesday, April 27th at 12 Noon in Worcester County Memorial Park 217 Richards Ave. Paxton. Calling hours will be held on Tuesday, April 26th from 5 to 7 PM in the Alfred Roy & Sons Funeral Home 12 Hammond St. Worcester. WEBSTER – Lynn A. (Favreau) Marszalkowski, 49, died Saturday, April 30, 2016 surrounded by her family in UMass/Memorial University Campus, Worcester after being stricken ill at home on Friday. She leaves her husband of almost 6 years, Timothy S. Marszalkowski; 2 sons, Douglas W. Summers of Norwich, CT and Shawn M. Summers of Uncasville, CT; 4 stepsons, Christopher Marszalkowski of Brooklyn, CT, Nicholas Marszalkowski of Webster, Joshua Marszalkowski of Dudley and Bradley Marszalkowski of Belchertown; her mother, Constance A. “Connie” (Szymczak) Favreau and her companion Ray Johns of Dudley; her father, Lyle G. Favreau and his wife Patricia of Norwich, VT; a brother, Michael L. Favreau and his wife Tammy of Braselton, GA; a sister, Elizabeth M. Paradis and her husband Scott of Charlton; her mother-in-law, Elaine E. (Sargent) Smith of George’s Mills, NH; aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins and many friends. She was born in Colorado Springs, CO and was raised in Dudley. She graduated from Shepherd Hill Regional High School in 1985. She had lived in Webster since her marriage. Mrs. Marszalkowski was currently a cafeteria worker in the Dudley-Charlton Regional School District. She excelled at baking. Her life activities revolved around her family and friends. The funeral will be held Saturday, May 7, from the Sitkowski & Malboeuf Funeral Home, 340 School Street, with a Mass at 11:30 AM in Saint Joseph Basilica, 53 Whitcomb Street. Burial will be in Saint Joseph Garden of Peace. Visitation will be held from 4:00 to 7:00 PM Friday, May 6, in the funeral home.
